A full history of accrual and use for PTO and Comp Time is kept for each employee, and is accessible under the PTO tab in the employee's information screens (accessed from the List Employees option on the People menu.
Sometimes it may prove necessary to enter an adjustment to an employee's PTO balance. This be done by clicking on the Enter Adjustment button on the PTO history screen. Adjustments consist of the number of hours (positive or negative), the date to apply the adjustment and a brief description of the reason.
