Griot can allow users and external parties to be alerted to certain situations and actions. Users can also set up triggers to convey information and set thresholds for certain actions and workflows.
Project Managers, Financial Managers etc. can be alerted when invoices have been paid.

Users can get alerts to complete, submit and update/correct their timecards as well as complete tasks.

Enabling Push Notification reminders for an entire company
If you are the Site Owner, you can enable desktop and push notifications for your company. First, go to the Configuration menu item in the main menu bar. In the General Settings tab, find the Communications Preferences section. Check the "Enable Desktop Push Notifications" and "Enable Mobile Push Notifications" to turn on reminders for both the mobile app and the website.
Reminders on the Griot Mobile App
As seen below, you will see your reminders on the Griot mobile app on the main screen. Tap on the timecard reminders to see your missing Timecards, and tap on the Task List button to see your outstanding tasks.

Project Expenditure Trigger
Project Mangers can set thresholds to notify stakeholders when a project reaches a milestone or percentage complete.
Setting up the Project Expenditure Trigger
If you are the role of Site Owner, Manager, or Financial Manager you can add these triggers to your project. Hover over the Project menu item on the global menu bar, then press "List Projects."
You will then see a list of projects. Click on the project you want to add account triggers for. Go to the Budget tab and then press the "Account Triggers" subtab.
To create a project trigger hit the Add a Project Account Trigger button in the bottom left corner of the page. Choose either Total Expended (when the money spent reaches a certain amount) or Unbilled Expended (If the amount of money not spent reaches a certain amount).
Click the Add Project Account Trigger button to submit this reminder.
