Deleting and Reinstalling the Griot App
Occasionally you may have to delete and reinstall the Griot Mobile App.
Any data saved to Griot such as timecards, expenses, notes etc. will be saved as of your last entries, and once you have successfully reinstalled and logged in your previous data will be available.
To delete the Griot Mobile App, save any changes on the app if it was open then exit. Once exited, delete the Griot Mobile App.
To reinstall the Griot Mobile App select the download link here:
After the Griot Mobile App download is complete and the app is launched, select "My company already has Griot".
Enter your Griot domain e.g example.griot.us and username and password and select sign in.
You will then be logged into the Griot Mobile App.
